Let's Talk

Mostly Serious, a digital agency with a client roster that includes CoxHealth, Community Foundation of the Ozarks, and Mother’s Brewing Company, recently announced it will move its headquarters from its current location in downtown Springfield to 4064 S. Lone Pine—in the Galloway Village district of Springfield—by early October. The announcement comes on the heels of Mostly Serious’ addition of a new designer, account manager, and marketing analyst to its team over the summer as well as a steady expansion of its research-based digital services.

At 4,600 square feet, Mostly Serious’ transition to its new location in the booming Galloway Village district will give the full service digital agency significantly more space to execute its award-winning digital work. From custom desks built by boutique fabrication company DG Stewart HardGoods to expanded breakout rooms designed exclusively for brainstorming sessions, the completed space will serve Mostly Serious’ commitment to energetic collaboration while better directing foot traffic and offering more privacy for team members when their work flow demands it.

Expanded Service Offerings Deliver Steady Growth

Over the past year, Mostly Serious has expanded its service offerings to include digital and interactive marketing tactics and campaigns as well as an in-depth research phase that now precedes 75% of the agency’s active client projects. The agency’s meticulous approach to its research phase includes qualitative and quantitative user behavior analyses, market audits, surveys, and other tactics on an as-needed basis. According to Mostly Serious president Jarad Johnson, its newest service offerings were a logical next step in providing front-to-back digital solutions to its clients:

“We introduced our research phase back in 2017 to provide additional layers of rationale and understanding to the work we produce for our clients,” said Johnson. “As a result, we’ve been able to blend our expertise with data-backed insights that have made the end result of each project more impactful than ever.”

Continued Johnson, “Along with our research phase, offering digital marketing tactics and campaigns to our clients that are customized to meet their specific needs has given us the opportunity to create solutions that capitalize on every single customer touchpoint. Now, from initial project concepting to long-term marketing management, we’re able to be a more accommodating partner to our clients than ever, which aligns with one of our earliest goals—to earn long-term partners who invest in continual results. We grow as our clients grow, and that’s a great feeling.”

Team Member Additions

In response to Mostly Serious’ year-over-year revenue growth and project acquisition as a result of its custom ecommerce development and other digital solutions, the agency recently added three additional team members to its staff: marketing analyst Becca Godsey, designer Jessica Gottstein, and account manager Chelsea Begley. The agency’s new hires bring its total team member count to 11.
